MTI Participants are selected based on the following criteria as specified in the MTI Trust Deed
Demonstrates a genuine passion for the objectives and mission of MTI
Displays a strong commitment to contributing time and effort, striving to enhance MTI’s impact to the best of their ability.
Upholds a standard of honesty and transparency in all professional dealings, reflecting the core values of MTI.
Exhibits a collaborative spirit and the ability to function seamlessly within a team, recognizing the collective strength of collaboration.
At this point of time MTI accepts volunteers only from SVUCE Alumni (who either studied or worked at SVUCE). Joining MTI will be very satisfying & fulfilling both personally and professionally.
