- Every activity is conducted in a professional manner
- Proper documentation and formal approvals with no room for confusions or misunderstandings
- No ad hoc approach or verbal confirmations
- These are very essential values that every MTI member has to possess and there should be no compromise on these
- This means no personal agendas or gains and operate with MTI First approach
- These have to be practiced and demonstrated in every aspect of MTI participation
- The assigned tasks have to be completed with full dedication and 100% commitment
- Being casual or running away from commitment is not good for the progress of MTI
- Don’t say YES to a task if it’s a NO from your ability to take it up due to various reasons
- Owning up the responsibility and the outcomes is a must in MTI
- A clear accountability must be given and one must own up that
- It’s not a blame game, but collective improvement of the system, helping each other
